Our year has been a success with core members attending our meetings regularly. The Indoor Bowls sessions are very popular together with board games and snooker, although we always need new members to provide more opposition! We are hoping the weather will shortly take a turn for the better to enable us to plan trips out, etc.

Our annual meal which was provided by Val Hall and Maureen Jones was held in our Church Hall with our Minister in attendance. This proved to be a really alternative venture and was a really excellent meal for we thank the ladies again! After the meal we retired to the Village Social Club for a game of snooker and a friendly drink.

Finally we are again looking to swell our ranks and ask for more men to join us in the Church Hall on Wednesday afternoons from 2 p.m. Again you will be made very welcome – come on men!
