The Central Council of Church bell Ringers has asked that all ringers participate by ringing either before or after - not during - the service to be held at St. Paul's Cathedral at 11.30 on Tuesday 4th June.
The Wirral Branch proposes to produce CERTIFICATES to record such ringing. It is anticipated that the certificates will record the names of all ringers participating at each tower.
TOWER CAPTAINS / CORRESPONDENTS are, therefore, asked to indicate to the Branch Secretary any proposals to ring at this time and, if so, how many certificates (one per ringer plus one per tower) are likely to be required. The latter may not be known until after the ringing, of course, but please advise asap if any such ringing is proposed at your tower.
