| Issues from 10 onwards are pdf (portable document format) files viewable automatically if you have previously dowloaded Adobe Acrobat Reader freeware. If you have not previously downloaded Acrobat Reader be reassured this is an extensively used, 'industry standard' package. Download time is dependant upon your connection speed but takes about 5 minutes on a 576Kbps Broadband connection. Once downloaded allow another 10 minutes for installation/setup.
