To Gift Aid your Annual Subscriptions just click Gift Aid Form and complete the SUBSCRIPTIONS section.

To Gift Aid any other donations complete the DONATIONS section.

In either case, when you have completed the form, send it to the Branch Treasurer whose details may be found on the Officers page.
