The above detail has kindly been supplied by John Taylor Bellfounders.
Although it is apparent from the inscriptions that the 3rd and 5th are both recasts, this is not indicated in their present inscriptions (as in the cases of the 6th, 7th and tenor).
There is also an error on the 6th in that it shows the date of the Warner recast as 1884 whereas this bell, the 3rd of the 1884 ring of five, was, according to the earlier inscription, recast in 1881.
