Church Bells of Cheshire says: There are no inscriptions other than the founders name & date 1863 & the Royal Coat of Arms on the waist of the tenor.
The bells have been identified as bells 2 to 5 of a six, hence the rather unusual musical scale.
Source of above information is George Dawson (bell historian), hereby acknowledged.
Chris Pickford adds: The exact weight for the tenor comes from the list of Warner work published in The Builder in 1864. The weights of the other bells aren't given.
The estimates are those of your Webmaster based on the Weight Chart linked from the Miscellany section on this website.
Following an inspection by Sam Austin and Peter Humphreys on 22 October 2007, it is now believed (from Sam's recording) that the notes are as above, formerly given as F, Eb, D and C. (This is the same as the back four at Bidston which are of a broadly similar weight at 5-1-24).

As an aside - the only peals rung here (see link from Moreton Home Page) were the two rung in 1963, the second being on 26 August to mark the centenary of the church and bells.
